The club is available for private rentals; both the upper and lower lounges may be booked for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, meetings, or dances.

Ice & Court Rental

Cost of renting one sheet of ice for 2 hours is $62.50 plus HST.

The club will provide sliding tape and brooms.

Cost of renting one tennis court per hour is $20.50 plus HST.

Advertising

Tam Heather is offering advertising opportunities for Companies and Small Businesses to promote their products and/or services at the Club. There are two main advertising opportunities available: you may purchase a sign on the walls of the curling rink or a decal in the curling ice. More detailed information on the signs and decals is listed below. However, you may also purchase advertising space in our monthly newsletter or sponsor one of our many bonspiels. 1. Advertising on the wall of the curling rink:
   
   
   1. Signs will be displayed from October to mid April.
   2. There are two sizes of signs available.
   3. 36" by 60" signs may be purchased for the side walls.
   4. 48" by 72" signs may be purchased for the end wall.
   5. The cost of a sign on the side walls is $400 for the 1st year & $300 for subsequent years.
   6. The cost of a sign on the end wall is $800 for the 1st year and $700 for subsequent years.
   7. You are responsible for having the sign made. However, we partner with companies that will provide the service for you. The cost of making the sign is approximately $175.
2. Advertising in the curling ice:
   
   
   1. Decals in the ice will be displayed from October to mid April.
   2. Your decal (logo) will be displayed on two sheets of ice.
   3. There are two sizes of decals available.
   4. 14" by 20"
   5. 24" by 30"
   6. The cost of the small decal is $250 for the 1st year and $200 for subsequent years.
   7. The cost of the large decal is $500 for the 1st year and $400 for subsequent years.

There are advantages to advertising your product or service on a sign on the walls or a decal in the ice at Tam Heather. On average over 1200 curlers a week will see and walk past your sign or over your decal. Tam hosts several Bonspiels throughout the year giving your company exposure to curlers from all over Southern Ontario. About 1500 people come to Tam each week for curling, tennis, and bridge or to attend one of the many functions hosted at the club. For example, the club is rented for meetings, parties, weddings and special events.

• Your sign displayed on the wall of the ice rink or two of your decals displayed in the ice from October to mid April,
• An opportunity to display your product or service in the upper lounge for two days during the curling season, and
• An opportunity to bring a maximum of 16 people to curl at NO CHARGE, at a time when ice is available.
